Inspeca offers you the customer the best in "Certified Engineered Inspections" that are approved to perform builder home warranty inspections that are performed in the foundation, frame and final stages of construction. Typewritten reports are generated and delivered to the builder or home owner via fax or email as soon as the same day as the inspection is performed. This unique service saves time for the builder while providing reports that are legible and easy to understand. Stored are all files electronically for easy access should additional reports be required. We provide quality assurance inspections to assist the builder or home owner in supervising and monitoring homes during the construction process. Inspection reports are comprehensive, identifying specific components of construction at the foundation, frame and final stages of construction. Inspection results provide a detailed matrix that building departments may use to evaluate trade performance, rate superintendents and measure progress within their company. Inspection results are available upon request at anytime.
